OK, so I don't just arrange a time and a place to meet with you, take some snaps and then a couple of days later send you a few low-res, watermarked digital files. I need to go much more in depth than that if I want to create some unique, custom artwork for you!
As a minimalist I like to keep things simple, for myself and for you. I have honed my client workflow down to a ten-step process and you only need to worry about half of them!
When you first contact me, I will chat with you to find out what it is you are looking for (wall art, photobooks or simply some images) and talk you through what I offer and my pricing. I am happy to meet up to show you some samples so you know what you are getting.
If you are happy with all that I will book you in and take the payment for your session.
After that I send you a confirmation email along with a basic contract for you to sign online (no paper!).
The day before the session I will email you a reminder of the date, time and location.
Session day! You look all smart and happy and I photograph you and your family!
I then go home and upload, sort and edit your images.
When they are ready I will book a time with you to view a slideshow of your images, either at your place or mine, whichever is more convenient for you.
If you wish to order any wall art or photobooks, I will place the order for you following the slideshow and notify you when they have arrived.
Once all that is done I will send a "thank you" email along with a little extra surprise thrown in for you!
Finally I will send you a request for a testimonial to put on my website and a digital referral card for you to pass onto your friends.
